HALAL OUR POLICY
In the flour production sector where we operate as Akhan Un;
To adopt an Islamic sensitivity approach in all our production stages, from wheat, which is our main raw material, and the supplier selection of the product components we use in all of our product range, to the shipment of our products,
To constantly increase the awareness of our employees by providing them with training on our sensitivity to this issue, ensuring that they work in accordance with Halal production requirements during their work, and the issues they need to pay attention to in this sense,
* Not to keep non-Halal raw materials, auxiliary materials or products in our production and storage areas,
* In addition to the food safety management system requirements that we maintain, we are committed to working under OIC SMIIC 1 Requirements for Halal Food and to continue our work with this logic.
